I am going to admit up front that I am no prostate stimulation expert by any means, in fact, as of this writing, I am really only a few months into exploring this myself. Usage

I did a bit of research first to try to understand what I was supposed to do with this as it’s not made for thrusting, it has no vibrator, it’s just….well….there. I lubed it up and it slid in quite easily as it is fairly small. I could definitely feel it inside, and I went to go lay down on the bed. I tried to do some contractions as the instructions said and really had no sensation from it. nothing I was doing seemed to do anything. I tried several days in a row….and nothing. So I went back online and asked a few questions and it was suggest I try listening to the free lessons at mindgasm.net. I was alternating between the Helix and the Heavy Hitters Plug while trying the Mindgasm techniques and after a few sessions, I had much better muscle control and things started to happen.

Now this is where things get interesting. As I learned more muscle control, I could get the Helix to move back and forth and the sensations would get quite intense. After a few more sessions I was achieving some pretty powerful prostate orgasms with my entire body shaking. Each session would bring on the orgasms quicker, they would last longer, and be more intense with crazy feeling involuntary contractions feeling absolutely incredible.

Now that I have the technique down, my favorite way to have fun is when I know that nobody is going to be home for a few hours and I will insert the Helix an hour or so before I am going to start my session. Final Impressions

As I have said to numerous people, prostate orgasms are a journey. You are really not likely to insert an Aneros model and start getting mind bending experiences right off the bat. Using a toy like this has a learning curve, not just on how to use the toy itself, but in how to control your body, how to accept the sensations, how not to chase the feelings, and how to truly enjoy the experiences.

If you want to get the most out of a prostate massager like this, you need to be prepared that this is not going to be an instant sensation. It might take a few sessions, it might take weeks, it might even take months for some guys. I think I was fortunate that I learned quickly and had some successes that just continued to build and get better each time.

I am certainly going to highly recommend the Aneros Helix Syn Trident, it is currently my favorite prostate toy. For an unpowered, smaller, silicon toy, it may seem a little pricey at $69.95 but the quality is top-notch and the results are well worth it.
